This villa is a 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathrooms with an office with a magnificent ocean view from two master bedrooms. This is a great Cliffside home with an enormous yard and pool with entertainment area. If the sound of the waves is an attraction to you, this is the villa for you. The villa has been recently updated and the 5th bedroom is completely new., All the windows are a year old. There is ample storage area and maid’s quarters with bathroom with an extra outdoor shower for the gardener. Covered garage.
Our Experience/Informal Travels Blog Customers
We were excited to experience quality horse back riding at the Sea Horse Ranch’s equestrian center rain or shine. Before you even arrive at the resort you know you’re already close when you see the giant Sea Horse in the front lawn, talk about making a statement. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit, either when asking which way we could find the Equestrian Center or how our guide took us on this wonderful journey.
You have two choices when it comes to horseback riding, either 1.5 hour or 3 hour trek, we opted for the 1.5 with two beautiful hazel coloured horses with majestic hair and tails. We must note that this is a full equestrian center and sanctuary for horses with large open grazing grounds, state of the art stables, amazing caregivers and controlled breading.
Throughout our little journey, we were taken through the grounds of the Sea Horse Ranch, inside the tropical forest, through private trails, serene meadows and of course, on the beach. The views of the beach were something we were not prepared for. Empty beaches and endless seas of blue over the horizon is the best way we can explain it. The photos really do speak for themselves;

Caribbean Cuisine
Contrary to common belief, the Sea Horse Ranch Beach Club is not for the residents only and guests of Sea Horse Ranch (an upscale gated community on the outskirts of Cabarete).It’s open to the public and unquestionably one of the best restaurant atmospheres in the area of the North Coat of the Dominican Republic.
The Beach Club Restaurant is nestled on black coral cliffs overhanging the ocean, and is flanked by an beautiful gold sand beach and outstanding natural pools.
The dining room is sheltered from the hot sun by a traditional cana roof, and from the wind/spray by a glass railing. There are no walls here, you dine in the open ocean air, but in style.
It’s cozy chic, oozing with class but without the pretense.
String lights and candles soften up the evening atmosphere.

The Food:
Although there are a few traditional Dominican plates on the menu, the food here is eclectic.
Ingredients have been freshly picked to create simple but tasty dishes with worldwide influences.
The carpaccios are to die for, and come in various selections of meats and fishes, topped with thin slices of real parmesan.
The kebabs and tuna meals are perfectly cooked.
The deserts are indulgent.
Even if you’re not hungry for a full meal, you can also come enjoy the fresh and romantic atmosphere while enjoying a cocktail.
The Staff:
Service here is impeccable.
The Beach club is staffed with a completely Dominican and completely competent team. Service is taken seriously here, and your needs will be tended to in a caring professional manner.
Usually the dining room is not very full and service is intimate and quick.
The Whole:
As a whole The Beach Club is a lovely place for lunch, magic for a sunset cocktail, exquisite for a romantic dinner for two, perfect for intimate group dinners, and oh so fun for drinks and live music.
It’s one of our favorite places to hang in the Dominican Republic, and our fave on the North coast. As surfers we might be biased by its seaside location, but really, who doesn’t love the sea?
